Since I was young, my fondest memories are in the kitchen with my grandmother teaching me the basic skills of cooking and baking. As I grew older, I found great joy and relaxation in making savory dishes and baked goodies for my family and friends. Lifes journey has always brought me back to food - I have found that it is the one common thing that everyone can gather around and share memories, engage in conversation and eat a filling delicious dish. No matter life's hardships and happy moments, I want others to share in the delicious ancestorial foods and techniques that have been passed down through generations.
